Members ckjacks Posted December 18, 2010 Members Posted December 18, 2010 Thinking about going duck hunt in the morning and was wondering if it was frozen west of the 39 at Son's Creek or back in the back of Greaser Creek? Thanks
Members clf989s Posted December 18, 2010 Members Posted December 18, 2010 Son's Creek was not frozen last weekend. Water temp on the west side of the bridge was 38/39 degrees.
Members Lead Head Posted December 19, 2010 Members Posted December 19, 2010 I drove over the Son's Creek bridge on MO 39 today at about noon and it was frozen solid as far as I could see either way.
BolivarBasser Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 Any new updates on ramps that are clear/frozen?
Dutch Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 I saw most of the ramps in the Big Sac yesterday. They are all clear and no ice was in any of the coves that I fished. Water temps are low 40s.

Members MissedAnother Posted January 24, 2011 Members Posted January 24, 2011 Went out yesterday for a couple of hours. At least the ice was already broken. Old State Park Heading Back New State Park Caught one short LM on deep suspending Jerkbait over 35 ft on a steep bank. We saw a couple of guys coming back in who were crappie fishing, they said that they caught one in 63 ft of water.
