I've got a 2001 Chrysler Sebring that is driving me nuts. Have taken it to a shop, and have spend over $1k trying to get some water system problems fixed. It's still dripping anti-freeze, and they are telling me they can't find the leak.

Can anyone recommend a reliable mechanic? The closer to Nixa, the better.

I know it's an old car, and it has a lot of miles. But, college age student is driving and doesn't have means for a new/different one. Rest of the car seems fairly solid. Help!

I would try: U.S. Automotive (417-725-3586) or Eagle Pride Automotive (417-725-2299). Our shop and/or my coworkers have used both, and both are in Nixa. Tell them Jason @ Glass Doctor told you about them.

I have spent most of my money on fly fishing and beer. The rest I just wasted.

Try Wilcox Automotive, just south of Nixa on Main. Wayne has been as the same location for 35 years must be doing something right. 417 725 3490

Another is Economy Tire and Muffler here in Ozark. They do more than tires and mufflers, aren't too expensive, and because of that are super-busy.

careful with that antifreeze leak.ethylene glycol is extremely toxic to animals.Dogs WILL drink it .without treatment it is fatal. If you cannot stop the leak I would use a brand that advertises non toxic. Anywhere you park a car with an antifreeze leak, friends house, family members , you are potentially putting any of the pets in the area in danger.

Good luck fixing that leak, did they check the weep hole on the waterpump?
