I found this forum from a new friend and have enjoyed reading up on things. I'm Slam from Eureka Springs, Arkansas, I'm new to the area and I'm an avid fly-fisherman looking forward to getting into the fishing that this area has to offer. I will find myself out on the White River as much as time and weather will allow.

I look forward to reading, learning, and enjoying the forum here.

Thanks,

Slam

Welcome Slam. Eureka Springs is a great place to land, and if you like fishing there's a ton of opportunities within a short drive. Where do you hail from?

Welcome Slam. I don;t usually claim being friends with Leonard.....but will this time. ;)

I am a bit West of you. Beaver Tailwaters is good for trout. Kings River, Lake Leatherwood, Beaver Lake, and war Eagle Creek are great for warmwater. Feel free to jump into the water specific forums for some good threads on where, when, and what. Also feel free to pm me with any questions.

Welcome to the area.

Hi John thanks for the welcome. I am originally from Western Massachusetts but have lived in the jungle of Los Angeles for the last 28 years. I'm really into this phase of my life and enjoying the new location.
