redbud Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 I am watching MonsterQuest on History channel right now and they are investigating piranha caught three years in a row on LOZ. Has any body ever heard of this?

Stoneroller Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 i doubt there are many in the lake, i'm sure all the raw sewage would kill them off first. lol Fish On Kayak Adventures, LLC. Supreme Commander 'The Dude' of Kayak fishing www.fishonkayakadventures.com fishonkayakadventures@yahoo.com
Members CKFishin1986 Posted January 30, 2011 Members Posted January 30, 2011 The discussions I have read is that the PH levels aren't low enough for them to survive and by chance the did grow in the nasty water they said that once the water gets below 55 degrees there is no way for them to survive..

laker67 Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 Must be the left overs from the yearly stockings. They are sold at the local bait shop and used for trot line bait. Blue catfish love them.
