Members Matlock™ Posted February 6, 2011 Members Posted February 6, 2011 Anyone have any experience with it. Thought about giving it a try
jeb Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 I like their Flouroclear product for my spinning reels. It's a coated flourocarbon. I've never had good luck with pure FC on spinning reels. I use pretty much all FC on my baitcasters, but have not tried Pline on them. I'd guess it's a good product though, based on my experience with the Flouroclear. John B 08 Skeeter SL210, 225F Yamaha
denjac Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 PLine is the only floro I get along with . So I guess it gets a thumbs up from me. Dennis Boothe Joplin Mo. Members Matlock™ Posted February 6, 2011 Author Members Posted February 6, 2011 I went ahead and bought some of the Floroclear. This is my first attempt at using anything other than mono or braided so wish me luck. And thanks for the feed back
DChance Posted March 8, 2011 Posted March 8, 2011 I have used fluoroclear, and like it so far. Use KVD Line and Lure and have no issues, but I don't use anything but braid on spinning gear.
gotmuddy Posted March 8, 2011 Posted March 8, 2011 I have a bunch of it and love it. everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.
Mike Worley Posted April 18, 2011 Posted April 18, 2011 I use P-line Floroclear & CX. Both are my first choice if I'm not using braid.
FishinCricket Posted April 18, 2011 Posted April 18, 2011 P-Line has been doing well for me lately... Matlock, how do you go about getting a trademark on your name? cricket.c21.com
drew03cmc Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 I hate Floroclear. It is fluoro-coated nylon rather than fluorocarbon. Andy
Members Fishin Fanatic Posted April 25, 2011 Members Posted April 25, 2011 I used the flouroclear for a while, it's decent i guess but i'm much more impressed with Berkeley Vanish or 100% Flouro...I usually use vanish since it's cheaper.
