Dutch Posted February 16, 2011 Posted February 16, 2011 Tom and Kelly at Championship Marine do any kind of fiberglass work that you need. They are very very good. I have used them twice and will again if I need more work. They also do carpet.

Members Fishinator Posted February 17, 2011 Author Members Posted February 17, 2011 I know a guy who can do carpet for you. He used to do it for Waymack Marine in Lowell, Ar. He is a mechanic as well. Can you give him my # 417-559-2338 Don Thanks
GNSfishing Posted February 17, 2011 Posted February 17, 2011 OK Thanks, I went to Championship today and they wanted $600 for my bench seat, to much for me. I had Gibbs in Republic to re-do a couple of seats for a Ranger I had at the time and they done an outstanding job on both seats and was very reasonable in the $$$ department. If I ever have more seats to have re-covered they get my work. They also do restorations of old car seats to.
Members CollegeFish86 Posted February 17, 2011 Members Posted February 17, 2011 Hey Fish, how much did they say for the gelcoat if you dont mind
Martin Posted February 17, 2011 Posted February 17, 2011 Well, I'd still say you can't go wrong with the gel-coat part at Championship Marine. Be sure and talk to Tom.
Members Fishinator Posted February 17, 2011 Author Members Posted February 17, 2011 Hey Fish, how much did they say for the gelcoat if you dont mind The guy I bought it from evidently put a clear coat automotive sealant on the boat. Now it has to completley be sanded (doing the top only) was going to be $6000.00 plus parts.
