Hunter91 Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Tried it today out of Bridgeport. My son and I caught 16. A mixture of bass, crappie(4 keepers) and one nice white. Water temp I saw was 47. Most of our fish came out of about 15ft around stumps and trees.
Dutch Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 If the storms hold off, I going to hit that area again today and see if Phil's dock info was good.
Members CollegeFish86 Posted March 2, 2011 Members Posted March 2, 2011 Ok, I am new to crappie fishing especially in the spring time and during the daylight. What do I need to look for and what do I need to be using or how do I need to present it. Im a college kid that if I ever do get to crappie fish, its at night under a light with jigs and minnows. Any help would be much appreciated.
