Fished LOZ North Shore area last Saturday morning until noon. Surface temp was 42-44, stained water color, overcast gray sky, fishing secondary points. Fished jerkbaits mostly, caught 3 keepers on Lucky Craft Table Rock Shad color. Color was the key as the bass inhaled this jerkbait. Largest shown in the picture. This was caught off the front corner of a boat dock on a secondary point. All fish were caught in 15-20 feet of water. I also heard brush on secondary points was a key to success. As this was our first time out this year, we had some issues and forgetting the batteries for the newly bought scale was one item.

Various reports we heard or read were that fish were being caught from PB2 down to the dam and some up the Gravois. Winner of 3 day BFL went 50 miles (BRRRR!) up the Osage fishing his homemade jig to catch his winners. Most people stayed in the lower lake area.

They are lowering the lake and alot of water continues to be running through the dam. I heard they plan to lower the lake 3 feet. Hope this helps. Hope the picture comes out okay. First time posting a picture. Good luck to all.
