Trout Commander Posted March 22, 2011 Posted March 22, 2011 Cancel that. I didn't even realize that. We are back on for the 17th. Sorry about that guy's. I'll dip my toes in the water, but still better not dive in until I ask the wife. I'll let you know it the next couple of days Cricket. I have spent most of my money on fly fishing and beer. The rest I just wasted. The latest Trout Commander blog post: Niangua River Six Pack
FishinCricket Posted March 22, 2011 Posted March 22, 2011 Yeah it sure is Easter Sunday. I had a pass for the NFoW for Saturday and Sunday before I (and the wife) realized it was Easter. Switched that trip to Thursday after work through Saturday evening. If we can't get together for the big spring float I will come down and you can give me the tour of some of your home waters. I don't have a hitch on the Jeep but it can haul people to help with the shuttle and beer or other beverages of your choice . Don't worry about needing a hitch.. (never figured out how to float the trailer downstream, lol) Sounds like a Niangua trip in the making, eh? cricket.c21.com
FishinCricket Posted March 22, 2011 Posted March 22, 2011 OMG, Chief, you're worse than my wife sister! lol cricket.c21.com
Trout Commander Posted March 22, 2011 Posted March 22, 2011 Don't worry about needing a hitch.. (never figured out how to float the trailer downstream, lol) Leave it strapped to the boat. Duh. Then you can roll it across the low water spots. Sounds like a Niangua trip in the making, eh? Well now that you are offering... Yes, a Niangua trip would be awesome. I'll have my people get with your people. I have spent most of my money on fly fishing and beer. The rest I just wasted. The latest Trout Commander blog post: Niangua River Six Pack

Buzz Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 I'm in for the 17th for sure. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone. If fishing was easy it would be called catching.
