Members Tom Tricamo Posted April 1, 2011 Members Posted April 1, 2011 Good morning, gang. Was wondering if anyone could provide links or books that would give me more information about Uncle Homer Circle and Glen Lau? These guys are true bass angling legends, and not in the tournament sense. They both seem to have a deep appreciation for the conservation and education of bass fishing. Just thought I would throw this question up on the board. Tight Lines! Tom

They both are living in the Ocala Florida area.
Members Tom Tricamo Posted April 1, 2011 Author Members Posted April 1, 2011 Awesome! I was wondering were they hung their hats. Ironically, I was due east of Ocala last summer fishing offshore and some of the Estuaries. Had no idea I was in Largemouth Country.
stlfisher Posted April 1, 2011 Posted April 1, 2011 There used to bea an old fishing show "Quest for Adventure" that had Glen Laue and Flip Pallet as hosts. I used to watch them on the Outdoor TV channel on the the net. Good shows...not sure if they are still playing on the site though...couldn't find them last time I looked, but you might be able to order a few of the shows.
Wayne SW/MO Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 I believe that, thanks to the internet, Jason Lucas's book is still available. The reason I bring him up is that he preceded Circle as fishing editor of Sports Afield and was a pioneer in structure fishing principles. Reading his book and then Homer Circle would bring you a long, uninterrupted period of bass fishing's evolution. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
