Members Skeeter30 Posted April 5, 2011 Members Posted April 5, 2011 Just thought I would add my 2 cents although that's all it is usually worth, haha. I fished Friday afternoon and threw all kinds of stuff. We ended up cantching 11 fish and ALL were on smoke color grubs. Only 7 keepers, one about 5.5 lbs but not a bad afternoon considering what it has been like lately for everyone. Good luck everyone!!! I'm headed back out this afternoon hoping that this cold front didn't shut them down.

Interesting to see if the wet weather actually happens this week, and if it is cool or warm rain.
johnm Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 No problem anytime... Oh ya and I always tell myself...(if you can consistently catch fish on table rock, you can catch fish anywhere!)
Champ188 Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Donna and I fished Friday and found a fairly decent dock bite on jigs and also caught a couple dragging gravel points with a fb jig and a grub. Caught several keepers and since we were practicing for AIA on Saturday, we left each area immediately after catching a keeper. On Saturday, we fished the same stuff a lot harder and more thoroughly. I cannot 100% say that I had a bite all day. Donna had two for-sure bites and missed em both. If you get around some fish, better milk it for all it's worth. Like dtrs5kprs says, they GOTTA move up sometime. We're off to LOZ early in the morning for five hopefully glorious days. Might even make a little Central Pro-Am cash while we're at it.
dtrs5kprs Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Give those farm pond fish up there a whuppin' Champ.
