The Wednesday nighter out of the Shell Knob bridge is $30 per boat. You do have to pay a membership fee of $10 per person the first night you fish so the first tourney would run $50 for 2 people, then $30 for each tourney after that. Pay out is based on the number of boats that enter for the night (typically 15 to 30 boats). There are some very good fishermen in this tourney as well.

Jason -

I would like to try out the Friday nighter sometime. Hard to get a way much with 2 young boys at home though. Maybe we will get a chance this year to give it a shot!

It is a great derby. Lot of good fishermen, in my mind some of the best nighters on the rock. $35 entry for two guys, $5 dollar big bass. Optional side pot (for first place team). We get in all of it and it ranges $65 if I remember right. Joe Gettle is a great guy and can answer more questions if you have them. His email is on the site. Fished all but 4 last year I think. We had a great time, cept for one night that the starter battery went out on us when we was to come in. We could see the ramp and couldnt get there. Had 2nd in the livewell and had to let them go. :are-you-for-real-: But it happens.

No dead fish allowed, penalty for shorts. If your late, you dont weigh in. 100% payback with some gifts for second big bass and first out of the money. If you decide to come out let me know, I will look you up before take off.

Wackem, hate to hear that your not going to make it this year. :brzzzzz:

Hey T. He's right about Joe Gettle. There isn't a better guy around, and he really knows how to run a first class local tourney series. He's also about as good as there is of a night fisherman on Table Rock. Take your fishing partner down and have some fun T. Be sure to show up plenty early and shoot the breeze with the boys... great bunch of guys.

I hate it too Jason. This OTR Trucking is for the birds. I am going to start looking for a local/regional job this Summer sometime. Maybe I can get something else in time to fish the last few weeks or so for this year... and get back into the full schedule next year. Good luck this year Jason... have fun!
