Guest Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 I sure would like to be at that seminar, but its industry only. Lots of cool stuff coming out this year. VMC has a dropshot hook with a built in swivel, that I gotta have. http://blog.wired2fish.com/blog/bid/57459/ICAST-2011-VMC-Stepping-up-with-Award-Winning-Terminal-Tackle Lucky Craft has re-invented the RC 1.5 http://blog.wired2fish.com/blog/bid/57527/ICAST-2011-Lucky-Craft-is-Back-at-the-Show-with-New-Baits-in-Tow Berkley has a new category of fishing line that's designed for spinning reels. http://blog.wired2fish.com/blog/bid/57441/ICAST-2011-Fishing-Tackle-Best-of-Show-Winners
Guest Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 I am looking forward to the smaller size of the kelly J prop baits from LC. I love the RC wake baits, so the new versions will definitely get bought (Sorry wallet!).

I really like the green back shad color on that jointed bait.
gotmuddy Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 good looking baits. everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.
Quillback Posted July 17, 2011 Posted July 17, 2011 Thanks for the links, that new DD jointed pointer looks interesting. Like that prop bait too, not that I need any more topwaters in my tackle box.

The wake baits work great in creeks/rivers when they are up and a little stained, but they also work great in just about every lake I have fished.
Quillback Posted July 25, 2011 Posted July 25, 2011 Loomis has come out with redisgned GL2 casting rods, I like the split grips.
