denjac Posted August 23, 2011 Posted August 23, 2011 Nope, just tired of hearing about all of you guys running off at the fingertips, as it is, about catching these mammoth bass and having NO photographic evidence, other than pictures from a month ago. You, in particular, have no room to talk after posting pictures date stamped a month ago trying to pass them off as current. I was just asking Al for a picture of the big guy so I could see what he caught. Now, you have to re-read what I said. I said a doubted a 25" largemouth from a Missouri river as they are not that common. 22" fish are common. Re-read my post please before you run off at the mouth. There is NO river access in Kansas, so yes, it would be amazing to catch a 22" bass in a Kansas river. No, you were calling Al out and being the gentleman he is, he responded . Alot of us dont carry cameras with us to document every fish we catch, or cant take a picture as its time consuming by yourself and the need to get the fish back in the water is more important. No river access in Kansas ? I can think of a few, the Arkansas, the Kaw, the Missouri, the Neosho. A picture from a month ago isnt current? Sounds like you are suffering from fish envy. Flysmallie Posted August 23, 2011 Posted August 23, 2011 It was a gorgeous fish. There was a backwater slough off the river adjacent to where I caught it, and I suspect it spent most of its time in the slough. That's a beautiful fish Al.
FishinCricket Posted August 23, 2011 Posted August 23, 2011 That's a beautiful fish Al. X2 Christ Andy, if your tired of people "running off at the fingertips" you should avoid the fishing forum... lol, just sayin.. cricket.c21.com
