Members copfisher Posted August 3, 2011 Members Posted August 3, 2011 Tyson, (BC here) My dad and I usually trout fish from bennett to NRO as a day trip (but we go very slow and spend a bunch of time wading the good water). We've done NRO to barclay a couple times and that also makes a good day trip if you stop and fish the good water hard. Bennett to Barclay is do-able in a day but it is a bit more water to cover if you plan on getting out and wading quite a bit.

Even though our float wasn't too terribly long, combined with the heat, you will be ready to get off the water with still a mile or more left. Better to do a shorter float like mentioned above and take your time fishing. "Of all the liars among mankind, the fisherman is the most trustworthy." "There's a fine line between fishing and standing on the shore like an idiot."
