duckydoty Posted October 26, 2011 Posted October 26, 2011 I fished from about 9 a.m. till noon thirty, and there was alot of boat traffic. The fellas in the boats were doing pretty good. I did not hear them banging off any submerged hazards though. A Little Rain Won't Hurt Them Fish.....They're Already Wet!! Visit my website at.. Ozark Trout Runners
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted October 26, 2011 Root Admin Posted October 26, 2011 They're starting putting the rocks out on Friday and finishing first of next week. No rocks in the lake yet.
ciRe Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 There were some boats out this morning. Saw lilley come up and a few bass boats two other Jon boats and only 1 drift boat. They seem to come early and died off later in the day.
Members brokeoff Posted October 27, 2011 Members Posted October 27, 2011 Was planning on coming down this weekend and was wondering how the wading has been or if there is any wading being done with the generation that has been going on.
duckydoty Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 A few areas have been wadeable with the current generation. The south side behind the island and some stuff down below outlet 3. Mostly restricted to the bank these last couple of days though. If I understand it correctly, they will have to shut the water all the way off starting tomorrow inorder to place the rocks. I will be down there tomorrow a couple of different times and then all day Saturday. A Little Rain Won't Hurt Them Fish.....They're Already Wet!! Visit my website at.. Ozark Trout Runners
Members brokeoff Posted October 27, 2011 Members Posted October 27, 2011 Did you hear how long they think it will take to place the rocks?
duckydoty Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 I do not know how they are going to deal with the rocks and water. They might just shut it off for an hour or two each day while they place them and then turn it back on till they are ready to place some more, but accourding to Phil, they will be working on them into next week.
