Root Admin admin Posted December 19, 2005 Root Admin Share Posted December 19, 2005 we need to plan a OzarkAnglers float this spring on the Buffalo. I haven't floated the Buffalo for a couple of years now and would love to. And what better reason to plan a trip with friends... new and old. So in the coming months, let's pull together and make plans to do a float. I'm thinking April or May. Just hope we get some rain between now and then. Wayne SW/MO
I would be interested. Are you thinking an overnight, or a one day? Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.

Al Agnew
Count me in if possible. No doubt that the upper Buffalo is the most beautiful stream in the Ozarks, and maybe in the nation.
Members Arkamo Traveler
Al, you are right about the Buffalo, it is a rare gem. I am in if possible also. There are several stellar campsights on the river in that stretch--sure beats the congestion at Steel Creek, Kyles, or wherever. Somebody order down some water. Danoinark
Me tool if possible Phil I am about 7 miles from Pruitt on the Buffalo but I haven't been on the river in a couple years too. We are going to have to have a VERY wet Winter and Spring though to be able to float the upper sections. Its the lowest in history right now. Members Lucky Fly
Count me in. I enjoy floating the Buffalo, I have not been on it in about two years, so I can't comment on the fishing but the scenery is seconfd to none. We need some rain or the spring season is going to be a DRAG (No pun intended). steve "Trout Don't Live In Ugly Places"
