Striper Bite

Guys, My fishing partner and I have been discussing the possibility of coming down to Norfork and striper fishing this winter. We would really like to get in on a good, deep spoon bite. Can anybody tell me when and where we could start.

Summer is the deep bite right now stripers are moving into shallow waters and will remain there till next summer. 20ft and under is the target range. I have been speaking to friends over there who are telling me to get over they are surface feeding in the morning and moving onto shallow flats in the afternoons.
