This is for a fellow fisherman named Kenny Howerton that is only 29 years old. He went in for a planned surgery expecting to get out in 3 days. 25 days later he finally got out thankfully before they killed him. While under the knife they cut a vein to his kidney and ended up killing 2/3 of it. Mind you he was not even in for kidney surgery. He also got a major infection due to them forgeting to give him antibiotics after surgery. They had to do another surgery to remove the infection. Now that 2" by 10" gash has to heal from the inside out. He has to carry a suck pump that is catching the drainage from the wound. They say it will take from 2 to 5 MONTHS to heal and get back to work.

He is now out of work and has major bills. I am sorry to rant and rave but this is just ridiculous.

The tourny is Sat. December 3 2011 from 7am to 3pm. It is out of Mill Creek. The entry is $50 a boat with an optional $10 big bass pot. This is a 50% pay back.

I hope all that can will join in for a good cause and catch some nice fish to boot.
