LittleRedFisherman Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Here's some pictures I took while fishing on the 11 point river. The first two are from a guide trip, which was my first time on the that part of the river, the last two are when I went back with my boat a couple weeks later. This has became on of new favorite rivers. There's no such thing, as a bad day fishing!

duckydoty Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 That is one of the few rivers that I have not yet fished in Mo. I'm gonna have to get over there some day A Little Rain Won't Hurt Them Fish.....They're Already Wet!! Visit my website at.. Ozark Trout Runners
KCRIVERRAT Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 That is one of the few rivers that I have not yet fished in Mo. I'm gonna have to get over there some day Ditto! I've managed to get myself enamored with the upper JF. So when I make a trip down there that's where I go. I'd rather smallmouth fish but I know there are nice smallies in the trout water on the 11 Point. Is the scenery through the Irish Wilderness area as nice as the upper Jacks? My guess is yes. Any opinions? HUMAN RELATIONS MANAGER @ OZARK FISHING EXPEDITIONS
LittleRedFisherman Posted December 26, 2011 Author Posted December 26, 2011 It has definetly became one of my favorite rivers, the scenery is awesome, and I've only scratched the surface. Some rivers just look fishy, and this is one of them. There's no such thing, as a bad day fishing!

Any opinions? No, it's not quite as impressive, KC. But it's an awesome river. Much bigger than JF and a lot more flow. But it doesn't rival the scenery on JF.
