Hunted Table Rock yesterday morning over by the dam. Around 10 a.m. not seeing a bird all morning we decided to pick up and call it a day. While picking up the last 2 decoys, at least 30 mallards showed up locked in on our cove. They circled 3 times right over the boat before moving on.

This morning I hunted with a couple of other fellas from the area. We hunted a long point this morning and 10 minutes after shooting time a small group of Canada's came by to check things out. 2 of them fell from the sky. Shortly after that 3 golden eye buzzed on in and one of them were dropped. Did not see anything else flying for a while so we packed it in about 9:30. Happy to have dropped a Christmas goose on Christmas Eve morning.

They both came wrapped in a little jewelry too!
