Feathers and Fins Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Managed 1 Greenhead and a pair of mature Hoodies They will be going on the wall mated pair... In other news The cold front is gone and so are the birds Duane you didnt miss a thing they bugged out apparently last night because the thousands that were there were gone today... Man im so through with this season time to start picking on the Stipers again unless a miracle happens and the north gets 12ft of snow and everything freeze's out before the close of season... Im thinking next weekend I either pick on stripers or walley... https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
JohnP Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Know what you mean. Thought for sure that we'd have seen more birds than we did this morning with all the ponds iced up but thankful for what we did. Of course the ponds didn't stay iced for long, thawed back out this afternoon.
duckydoty Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Scott, killing a couple of birds with you would have been cool, but I really just wanted to go and pick your brain about deep water hunting. See how you do things as far as setting up and hiding. We will have to get together and hunt next season A Little Rain Won't Hurt Them Fish.....They're Already Wet!! Visit my website at..
