Members clf989s Posted March 3, 2012 Members Posted March 3, 2012 Does anyone have photos of the Stockton bait fish (Craws, shad, etc) they would be willing to share? Tried to look through the archives, but couldn't find anything.
straw hat Posted March 3, 2012 Posted March 3, 2012 You might try the MDC on line website. Some of there old issues had some high quality pictures of craws, shad, etc. Just a thought.Good luck.
straw hat Posted March 3, 2012 Posted March 3, 2012 I thought these references might help you know what species might be present. I will see if I can come up with some photos too. Crawfish of the Sac Riverdrainage area; http://extra.mdc.mo.gov/fish/watershed/sac/biotic/340bct21.htm The bottom three of the list would be the common ones. Fish of the Sac River drainage includes; http://extra.mdc.mo.gov/fish/watershed/sac/biotic/340bct16.htm http://extra.mdc.mo.gov/fish/watershed/sac/appendix/34aptc2.htm Fish that have been stocked in lakes of the Sac River drainage. http://extra.mdc.mo.gov/fish/watershed/sac/biotic/340bct20.htm The silversides and threadfin shad were stocked as forage fish.
straw hat Posted March 3, 2012 Posted March 3, 2012 I think I have come up with what you need. I will try and attach it. Prey.doc
