BruteFish83 Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 Great photos! Pretty sure that pink granite is one of the oldest formed rocks on Earth. http://www.youtube.com/user/BruteFish83/videos
Al Agnew Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 I have many photos (mostly slides that I don't have scanned to digital) of Amidon on bright sunshiny winter days. The pink granite simply glows in the sun. It's a spectacular place.
Buzz Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 Wow!!! That's someplace I definitely want to see in person. Great pictures. Thanks If fishing was easy it would be called catching.
Guest Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 Thanks for the compliments. There are some incredible shut-ins in almost every direction from Fredericktown, MO. Each one is unique, and I think I could spend a lifetime floating and hiking each one.
