When I am going down the lake the I hear a loud pitch chirping noise when the boat is tilting from side to side. Is that the oil sensor? I have about a gallon of oil left in the tank.

Your oil level sensor is in the cap of the "engine mounted" reservoir, check the oil level there....it should be completely full.

Let's talk about this side-to-side business.... are you saying that the warning horn only goes off when your at WOT and chine walking?

What is your max RPM?

Fishinwrench,

I will check the oil reservoir.

The alarms usually goes off when I running down the lake (I usually go around 40 mph) and the rpm's are around 4000. The boat is not chine walking. The side to side action occurs when the boat goes through someones wake or the wind has blown up some waves and boat tilts slightly. I don't get the alarm when it is idling.

im with wrench with the mounted resrvoir and usually when im back there checking something like that out i usually alway dump my water seperator too you could have a small crack in your line or something letting it get air and not the correct flow of oil to keep your alarm from going off as well check all your lines could even be loose or bad seal where it comes from your main reservoir letting it suck air there too again my alarm has gone off before and everything was fine and i dump the seperator and it quits so? i dont know why it really going off thats just what i do
