Hunter91 Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 My fishing partner caught the previous state record yellow perch out of Barker Hole while we were bottom bouncing spinners with minnows it was a whopping 13.1 inches and weighed 1.4lbs I believe. I have caught a few on the lower lake while bottom bouncing for walleyes and I agree that they are very tasty!
Moswimb8slinger Posted May 24, 2012 Posted May 24, 2012 my lil brother and i was on the river run side of powersite, sunday night, and he caught one 13" long on the bottom/ water running/ with a inflated nightcrawler, about 6-10" lead from sinker to hook. I'm talking with my uncle in Ohio to get some more tips on catching the yellow perch

I could watch them off the bridge and we only caught a couple off the bobbers.
