Members KirkSouthTrout Posted May 26, 2012 Members Posted May 26, 2012 Hi everyone. My name is Don Kirk. I have been an avid trout fisherman since 1959. I look forward to getting to know other board members. I live in Montevallo, AL, but home is East Tennessee. I grew up in a place called Morristown. The waters of GSMNP, Cherokee National Forest, and TVA tailwaters such as the South Holston, Clinch and Little T is where I cut my teeth. Check out my first attempt at a free, online Southern only Trout Magazine at www.SouthernTrout.com/mag. Tell me what you think! I look forward to the give and take about Southern Trout fishing.
ozark trout fisher Posted May 26, 2012 Posted May 26, 2012 I took a look at your magazine and I really enjoyed it. Welcome to the site!
grizwilson Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 Thinking of skipping my western trip this fall for the smokeys, this is just what I need. 7 hrs vs 19 each way means 1 more day on the river.... Thanks Kirk and welcome. “If a cluttered desk is a sign, of a cluttered mind, of what then, is an empty desk a sign?”- Albert Einstein
Buzz Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 I really enjoyed the Magazine. Thanks and welcome to the forum. If fishing was easy it would be called catching.
