Rumor is that some lawyer from Mexico was buying Schooner Creek & Kimberling Inn?

I know that Leon and Jody have been trying to sell for awhile now. Jody said they have had some real interest and were working on details. A guy that bought campgrounds around there is also looking at Schooner Creek.

Have the info, but promised not to divulge. Will clear the previous up enough to say the gentleman in question (and that is the correct description, he is a super nice guy) is from TX, not Mexico. The Priors have been trying to sell for a while, had it listed as both a complete resort and vacation rentals a few years back. Talked about buying a unit myself, but decided to hold off when his most spectacular self was elected in 2008.

No idea on Mark, but would guess maybe the road shift is going to hurt him.

i know that i stay at Sleepy Hollow sometimes and they have tried listing the place for sale and to sell the individual units. i always liked the small resorts on table rock over the large condos of LOZ. it made it feel different and like i was out of the city. i hope those type places survive for my kids to see and enjoy.
