mic Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Don't know why, but there is something special to watch kids enjoying the outdoors. I guess it brings back good memories. Enjoy:

Members Spincast Posted August 30, 2012 Members Posted August 30, 2012 What are these kids thinking? Don't they know that they are supposed to be inside in front of the TV or Xbox. What are their parents doing letting them go outside enjoying the outdoors. Awesome video! Our future may not be so bad after all.
cnr Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Sweet. I want to fish that creek. Those fish are really nice.
Greasy B Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 Yeah, cool video and some fine fish. If I had to guess an Iowa, Ohio or even maybe an Illinios Stream. Couldn't possibly be in the Ozarks. Greasy B Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 I think that was in Vermont. If anyone hasn't gotten the chance to fish for northern strain smallies in the great lakes watersheds or in the northeast, you owe it to yourself to go there. Those smallies are like footballs, and the average size is MUCH bigger than it is here in the ozarks. I spent a week in New Hampshire about 5 years ago. I caught more smallies over 18 inches in one day than I have in 7 years of fishing the ozarks. This obvious truth is what drives many of us insane with frustration over the sad state of angling ethics and the backward highest sustained yield regulations in our state.
