Welcome to March...we hashed this out back then and it has been discovered that in Missouri, you can only have three hooks on it, in Kansas, you can only have two. It kind of defeats the purpose.

Lots of guys did just fine throwing three hooks and two dumbies or blades last year. More interested when guys think it will start to work again.

I've started throwing it again on Beaver. Caught my biggest fish on it the other day. But that was the only fish I caught on it. Still, with the water starting to cool a little, it seems like a good thing to have on the deck.

Caught a couple more on it today. Out on main lake points and humps. Not a magic technique yet or anything, but it's catching fish again. Good to see.

When I get a consistant shallow bite I'll pull it out again. I keep one tied on all the time just in case I get the urge.

The A rig is great for trolling for whites on the Rock. Two dummies and three hooks on 1/2 oz jig heads with soft plastic grubs. Problem is when you get three on at once.
