Weedless Scum Frog.

Here is my youtube video for the weedless scum frog I tie. I've come to absolutely love this fly over the last 2 seasons as my go to topwater fly no matter the situation.

Frog looks great! Any trouble throwing throwing it with that foam head?

How did it work in Canada?

Throws well, I fish it (not over weeds) on my 6wt pretty often. Most often I throw it with my 8 or 9 but that's when I fish it in the weeds and I need the spine to horse big fish through the nastyness.

It did well in Canada. Not many pike were caught because they we down deeper than normal but he caught a handful of smaller fish with it. Said it lasted for about 7 or 8 fish before it began to come apart.

I've also gone to strictly using the beadlon wire for the joint, its a little easier to work with and honestly is really not that much more expensive.
