This is something I did for a good friend. The lure and reel belonged to his Grandad. The board beneath is from the home where his Grandmother was born. A large print is being acquired for her Christmas gift.

On another note if anyone has a handle for a Plueger Summit 1993-L (pictured above) let me know. It's all this reel is missing.

Great way to present antique tackle. I have a rod and reel dating from the 30's. It belonged to a prominent Missouri senator. I've Been thinking of a way to preserve / display it. Is your reel also from the 30's?

Thanks guys.

Not really sure on the year of the reel. All the information I can find says they were introduced in 1935 but I have seen some listed as early 50's models.
