Members Ryker Posted January 3, 2013 Members Posted January 3, 2013 Cold. Rainy. Nevertheless, we disregarded the weather, the cold in our bones and the ridicule from our families for fishing in such conditions. We offered zebra midges, soft hackle and egg patterns. The bite was fairly consistent, with decent action, so we caught a few nice Browns.
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted January 3, 2013 Root Admin Posted January 3, 2013 I love to see this recent increase in activity on the Little Red forum. And really love to see pics of nice trout being caught. Thanks for posting!!
LittleRedFisherman Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Awesome pics and report, I to love seeing this increase as well. I was down there for the holidays, but it was during the blizzard. I only went to one walk in spot, but didn't have the luck you guys did, congrats!! There's no such thing, as a bad day fishing!
marcusearlt Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 Great pics of really nice fish guys. Hey, dont you love it when you tell people you are going fishing and they give you a hard time because of weather or any other reason and you have a stellar time anyways? I bet the family won't say anything next time because those browns are nice! Tight lines... "If people don't occasionally walk away from you shaking their heads, you're doing something wrong."
