Ham Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 I fished below the dam yesterday. I really think that whatever trout are there for shad move up real close to the outflow which is in the restricted area. I caught one trout on a white jig above Dry Run Creesk and I dished it hard for an hour looking for a group of trout. I missed a bite or two, but too slow for my tastes.
