Kansas Fly Fisher Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 Hey! It's great to hear from you, I was wondering what might have happened. Sorry to hear about all the work, but think of all the $$$ you'll have for your new hobby. John Born to Fish, Forced to Work KSMEDIC.COM
Bill Anderson Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 Years ago I got lost in the the City of Memphis Hospital, wandering the halls for at least a half hour. A nurse noticed me and asked me if I needed some help. She asked me how long I had been lost and I told her I was 20 years old when I first came in...(I was in my mid 40s at the time).I thought the woman was going to faint....talk about the wild-eyed look I got... I can get pretty darned lost in a bulding like that, but at least I didn't lose my sense of humor. When the nurse stopped laughing, she pointed me in the right direction. But back to the above story...I bet that guy caught "both barrels" when his wife got him home. That's a hoot. I have a friend, a Jewish carpenter, whom you should get to know. If you do, your life will never be the same.

Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted November 5, 2007 Author Root Admin Posted November 5, 2007 I would think Mark Twain would be a good place for crappie- always thought it was a good lake for them.

Guest kevinkirk Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 I lost my wife at branson landing. By the time I found her, she had done a lot of damage at Coldwater Creek. I thot that was a fishing store for a long time, hah. Then Victoria Secrets also took her money and I was hoping it would somehow be some woman named Victoria give out SECRET fishing spots down there. From the looks of the gear she got, i dont think she is going fishing anytime soon, tho. They forgot half the material and it does not look waterproof. I am sure you can catch something in those outfits if nothing more than a head cold. Depends on what you are fishing for I guess. On to the White Black shop and I was hoping for leech patterns and sculpins but somehow they forgot those. Our picnic on the shores that she promised was EXPENSIVE too as we sat in comfy chairs overlooking Taney and our sack lunch came out of the kitchen in the cafe. I must be doing something wrong. Didnt even get to Bass Pro this time. BUT, she is happy and when wife is happy, I am happy too. kk

Almost $1000 later she left. I think I came out ahead on that one. Yes, I'm That Guy
