Looks like its gonna be a good day to try some "Chuck and Duck" style fishing on the upper end. Gonna give it about 30 more minutes (enough time to cook some bacon) then head on out the door for a little slick fishing. A Little Rain Won't Hurt Them Fish.....They're Already Wet!! Jeff Tief Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 Ducky and Rick ; We headed up to the ist outlet and had 4 lads fishing in the outlet and 1 was standing directly in the outlet shuffling his little feet off.He stopped when he saw us and had snagged a 12" bow on the side.Between that and the Mrs. having to grade papers at school,we came on back.Stopped in Springfield to check out the Plateau Fly shop but they were closed on Sundays.Good news the Mrs. and I both retire last of June so won't have to always head back to Desloge when the weekend is over.
