Feathers and Fins Posted June 8, 2013 Posted June 8, 2013 Someone please go catch all the dam whites and hybrids at 12 bridge they are getting in the way of my walleye and crappie fishing. I don't even know how many we caught today but an ungodly amount some as large as 5 pounds. I could mark walleye but getting to them was hard though we did manage 12 all short and had to go very shallow to get them.. Coolest part of the trip was watching a paddle role around for about 10 minutes. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
Quillback Posted June 8, 2013 Posted June 8, 2013 I've seen a few spoonies get some air at able Rock lately.
Feathers and Fins Posted June 8, 2013 Posted June 8, 2013 Pretty awesome seeing it. I would estimate it at 80+ pounds thing was awesome. People ever wonder why I fish its to see nature like that, saw some deer and started picking out dinner , jerky , roast etc today looks like a great goose hatch and I was looking at the vittles already https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
Quillback Posted June 9, 2013 Posted June 9, 2013 There's about 50 honkers hanging around the Big M ramp. They need some serious thinning out.
Feathers and Fins Posted June 9, 2013 Posted June 9, 2013 Wrong Lake wrong State lol. Missouri early goose season starts to late and limit is to small. Not saying I don't do it but by the time it opens im ready to get back to fishing till regular duck opens... Dam You now I got duck hunting on my brain. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
Quillback Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Some storms are moving into the area this morning.
fisherofmen11 Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 I hope the corps will generate everyday this Summer. Does this improve fishing? If so how?
Feathers and Fins Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 It can depending on where on the lake you are. I have seen it really turn on fish up to point 5 but beyond there not so much. It creates current which in turn sets up feeding station on points more so then anything else. that's the quick explanation. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
