It sounds like you need a custom made crappie measure device. Just make sure the warden uses your tape instead of his.

I need something lol. Its nice to see that many crappie though. Also found tons of carp and think the flypole will be put to good use next weekend! Nothing big 5 to 15 pnds most put they are a blast to catch.

F&F I had that same problem earlier this year, not a one seemed to make the cut. Here recently has gotten a lot better though, not the numbers I had earlier but more quality fish. Had 9 keeps saturday afternoon near war eagle marina before I switched to white bass mode and then caught another couple keeps while night fishing. Very random though, no particular pattern that I could find.

Pattern was no problem for me... 10 to 12 fow and they were balled up like shad from 10 up to 6. actually pretty funny seeing them on the sonar and then dropping the bait just above them and seeing several rise right up to the bait. I'm opportunistic when it comes to fish I catch what's biting and never met a fish I didn't like ( check that ) I hate Cabazon Fishing dam things are expensive lol

I thought of you twice on Saturday, brother. I was throwing a DT-16 crankbait and caught two Crappie over 15"!

Maybe you need LARGER lures LOL! The sad thing is that all I could catch were those two Crappie - and couldn't sniff a bass (white, largemouth, spot, nada)...

LOL. I think #9 flickers are pretty big... I swear I love catching any fish but it was getting comical. Found some legals finally. PM me and I will tell you where they are hiding.
