fishingaddiction Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 There are some locked on around Kimberling. Schooner has some color and debris. Had 5 keepers fairly easily this morning, by 11am or so. About 3X that in shorts. Legals were 1 brown, 3 spots, 1 black. At about noon it was done. Fished another 3 hours for one K. Wind was no help. All on the little worm, including one swimming it thru chasers. Will hit them one let time tomorrow, milk running better places.o Haven't fished the Ned rig yet, but have been following your post since you've been down on your trip. I bought some jig heads and the ZinkerZ's and plan to put them to work this weekend. Thanks for all the great post on the K city area, as I fish this area the most. I am always looking for new technique's to catch fish, and your reports are proof that this rig will catch them. It sounds like your trip is nearly over, but you've caught a lot of fish. Thanks. fishingaddiction Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Great report Bill. Good to hear about the grub bite doing good, and the Ned Rig. What was the best color of grub for the cloudy weather? Thanks Born to Fish. Forced to Work.
