Hog Wally Posted July 25, 2014 Author Posted July 25, 2014 The fish aren't getting bothered too much. Water is toooooo low for the average boater.
Hog Wally Posted August 13, 2014 Author Posted August 13, 2014 Put in at 7 pm yesterday. Ran down below 30 bridge. I observed a fall pattern emerging chrome ratltraps chrome anything in the flats above riffles. I haven't taken a picture of a fish in a while but there was some photo ops. Be careful if u go River is back down to river pro only level
Members Buckethead Posted September 10, 2014 Members Posted September 10, 2014 Me and a buddy been putting in at 30 bridge at daylight on Fridays, been running my 20 hp prop up to the first riffle near three cabins, lots of fun pulling smallies out from under those rocks. As low as the river has been I'm surprised that anything can make it through the upper part of that riffle, narrow and skinny water.
Hog Wally Posted September 10, 2014 Author Posted September 10, 2014 One of my good friends owns one of those cabins. That riffle is a cake walk compared to what's around the next two bends!! I helped another disabled boat Sunday.
Hog Wally Posted September 11, 2014 Author Posted September 11, 2014 There is no river gauge between Sullivan and eureka but according to my calculations by my house it is up 3 to 5 ". Mostly from injun crik and other local tribs that gushed for about 8 hours Should fall low again by weekend. Gonna be a tournament Sunday at 30 bridge Prolly just stay out of there way and hang deer stands. I'm about to go off the air for 4 months for bow season
Members Buckethead Posted September 24, 2014 Members Posted September 24, 2014 Was gonna put in at 30 bridge again but I found a wheel seal bad on the trailer, inside of the wheel was all grease. Can't make it this weekend maybe first weekend of Oct.
Blazerman Posted September 24, 2014 Posted September 24, 2014 First weekend of October is the fall Big Bass Bash at LOZ which is why you will not see me on the river.
