Lifes2Short Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 Tough day around masters. Fished a full 12 hours, 17 bass and 2 keeper crappie. Only caught the crappie because they wanted to hit a finess worm. Spent all day bass fishing. With the water 6' high and it being cloudy and overcast I just new I was going to hammer them up in the brush. I flipped jigs into the brush, threw flukes, floating worms, spinnerbaits, senkos, all into the brush and only averaged less than 2 fish an hour. I did catch a few in the brush on jigs and spinnerbaits but nothing like i thought I would. I also caught some on a c-rig out on secondary points. It was tough for me and it shouldn't have been, guess that's why they call it fishing!
Dutch Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 For some reason they are moving out of the brush. They were close to points today.
