Feathers and Fins Posted July 7, 2013 Posted July 7, 2013 The big Beast from yesterday provided some nice fillets This one started out by being soaked in Jalapeño juice over night and Accent flavor enhancer. Then after a 24 hour soak it was rinsed out and patted with a paper towel. Fresh Rotel was added and then fresh salsa verde as a topping with a few Jalapeño slices. Baked in the oven on 350 for 45 minutes. The for desert I had to go back in time to when I was a kid and my grandma made me a special treat. Apple slices These are fresh apples sliced and then topped with A light sprinkle of Pie spice and a heavy sprinkling of cinnamon and brown sugar place 1 quarter stick of butter in the middle and wrap in aluminum foil Bake for 30 minutes at 350 or if you want them real soft 45 minutes. And this is the finished product https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856

Feathers and Fins Posted July 7, 2013 Author Posted July 7, 2013 Mitch It doesn't bother me one bit or my wife. Some people don't like it, I have a friend in Mass who is the same way Doesn't matter to him or others he knows, also has a lot to do with how you are cooking it. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
