Follow the road/trail downstream of the gravel bar, and there is a nice grassy bluff campsite.

It kinda ruins the experience when you see campers and a bunch of vehicles on a gravel bar. It used to be a problem at Sinkin Creek...but I think that one has been closed off. If your going to drive in to a UA campspot, at least have the common courtesy to park your vehicle out of sight.
