20 MW is more than minimum flow. It is washable in some areas, but most of those areas would be beat accessed by boat. Perhaps you could rent a kayak.

Ham is correct, minimum flow is zero MW, under 800cfs released water.

Jimmy "T", and his website had a good suggestion. Minimum flow can get dangerous, especially if you are in the middle of the river in the catch and release area. The flow will increase without the siren or horn going off. Since the water level is higher because of the minimum flow, it maybe wise to invest in an inflatable life preserver. When the water is 700 to 800 cfs, there are a lot more holes out there that surprise you.

There are areas downstream where I can wade mid river at 1800 CFS, but just barely. I really like the kayak as a water taxi idea.

Interesting today, had 6,7, and 8 mwh running and had the cfs in the 700 to 800's. I believe like the Army Corp gentleman told me over the phone, they will be experimenting to get the outcome they want.

Haven't seen the 590cfs yet.
