went to playport 9/21-9/24 got there saturday at noon, visited with darrel and cheri for a while. took some crawlers out to drop shot and caught a dozen big bluegill and 1 l.m. that was 20" long, battery was dead on the digital scale fishing in 35' of water 18-25' deep, sunday was annivarsery, fished in morning, caught 1 keeper on 1/2 oz. snowden jig,missed a couple more and noticed that some were trying to grap it as i was preparing to boat the lure, caught 1 and had 5 fish following to the boat, tried swimming the jig and no luck, tied on a wiggle wart and bam! caught one just short and another one with it which was a nice jump out of the water after it as i was trying to boat the fish. caught a couple more paralelling the bank but short caught another dozen big bluegill and 2 more keepers monday, caught 1 small one on top water and seen some topwater activity tuesday morning. a little bit of everything and not a lot of one thing. just wanted to pass this on as i appreciate all the info i get here
