My kid sister coached her Polo girls softball team to District champs in NW Missouri for the second year in row. Hopefully this year they will make it to State. PS... why didn't they have cool posters like this when I was in school.

Oh, we do have softball, now the poster makes more sense. Our girls won districts but lost to Oran 3-0 in their first game. It is fun watching them play, they all work hard and the coach deserves tons of credit as we got a new coach 3 years ago and have won districts 3 years in a row (before that we stunk). Congrats to your sister, she must be doing a good job!

Thanks. I'm really proud of her. Her husband has changed the football team around also. They are perfect coaching couple for any school district... specially for a small one like Polo.

My daughter started softball at 7 and played until she was 40.

We didn't have posters when I was in school. I did have a Kodack Brownie camera.

You had a camera? All I had was a Viewmaster!

Lee G I wish I had been born rich. Years ago taking a picture was a big deal and if you were poor you didn't get film developed until every picture was taken, so some times you would get pictures that had Xmas on the first part of the roll and Easter at the end.

By the way congratulations to your sister and her team, mic
