He us a swimming pool contractor and is busy and on call from Mid March thru October. Since i know nothing about Beaver I want to know when the best tine is during e summer period. I know someone that goes down there ana jig them deep in the first 6 mikes above the darn. I think we ill fo it with a guide anyone know a good one and the best time.
Feathers and Fins Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 If your looking for Striper guides Baileys is hard to beat. As for everything else, I would suggest highly late March early April if your going non-guide, walleye and crappie ( big slabs at that ) are up shallow, bass will be starting to munch crawfish on long points, stripers will be more scattered but with a good striper guide you should get some. I would not advise going after June as the lake gets crowded and more frustrating than fun. Hope that helps feel free to ask questions there are many of us who fish the lake and could and will help the best we can. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
Old plug Posted November 30, 2013 Author Posted November 30, 2013 Thank you. I hope we can make it. But if the stock market keeps going I think he will be getting calls for pools. Then he would be out dawn till dark 7 days a week. But not many can afford a concrete and stone pool complex unless they got money to burn.
