River Run Boat Ramp?

Originally told it was due to the impending flooding? said they expected more run off from the last snow and rain than what we go, then my buddy got another call a couple days later saying that it was because of the of work being done and the roofs just laying on the ground and the fear of people coming in and stealing them for scrap. Wonder if the gate going in from the sub-division is open as there was a red truck parked up the dam on the river run side yesterday afternoon?

if you go exploring, the second entrance has open the last couple of times I went down there the last 2 weeks with the regular gate locked. turn off scenic rd off 76, then right down Brook/Baker, you'll find the turn off when the road makes a 90 degree left, and the entrance is on the right.

All gates were open yesterday afternoon. I launched from the ramp there went up to dam not a single bite but was very windy and didn't stay long.

Another question? The rockpile doesn't have a warning and really didn't need one at normal power pool. How does the height of it compare to the new level? It seems to me it will be covered virtually every time it rains enough to raise the level a foot or two?

Anyone have an idea what the altitude is?

On Thursday there was one rock sticking up out of water about 6 inches in about the middle of the rock pile. BE CAREFUL there are others lurking just below surface hungry for your lower unit!!!!

Yeah they got it last Monday I think it was. I was surprised at how little damage there was on it.
