Fly Fishing From The Bank

I am new to fly fishing and currently without waders, wondering if there is any bank fishing available in the tailwater area near the hatchery?

Yes, there absolutely is when they are running water. I went more than one season before buying waders and was able to fish just fine. If you have hunting type boots that may help a little so you can get ankle deep to retreive the fish, but otherwise you should be okay. On the downside, casting can be a pain due to overhanging trees.
