so I have heard rumors for a while that white bass run up shoal creek on the Missouri side. I would like to get out and fly fish for some this year, does anyone know if white bass run up shoal and possibly where/when?

I've never heard that, but I don't hear a lot of things. :secret-laugh:

If fishing was easy it would be called catching.

I doubt the can get over the dam at Baxter Springs. I know they for sure can't at Riverton.

Unless Empire Lake has a population of them, I don't see it happening.

Pretty much what Chief said, but I have caught them before North of Galena on Spring River so I guess anything is possible. Most of them come up from the lake and are blocked at Baxter unless we are completely flooded out, then I could see maybe catching some at Riverton. I've never seen water level with the top of the dam at Riverton though.
